In circumstances beyond our control, we will offer an open ended booking (dates subject to availability) or turn it into a gift voucher.
COVID Cancellations
Your booking would be rescheduled to the next available Tuesday and Wednesday for Covid cancellations on presentation of a medical certificate or current RAT test pic.
Strictly reappointed to a Tuesday and Wednesday only, excluding Peak Periods and to be used within 90 days of cancellation or will lapse.
This does not include close or casual contacts.
Off Peak Bookings
Credit card, cash, or direct transfer is required at the time of booking. Bookings will only be confirmed within 24 hours when payment is received.
A full refund will apply less an administration fee of $AU75.00 for cancellations with 14 days notice.
Less than 14 days notice: No refund, unless the Nest is re-let, less an administration fee of $AU75.00.
Covid related cancellations will reappointed to another available date or turned into a voucher.
Peak Bookings
Must be paid for in full 21 days in advance.
Cancellation under 21 days will result in loss of the amount equivalent to the nights not re-let plus an administration fee of $75.
Email cancellations will not be effective until you receive a written confirmation from The Nest (within 24 hours of receiving request to cancel).
In the event of cigarette smoke affecting a room a Cleaning Fee equal to one nights fee will be charged.
By payment for accommodation at The Nest, you agree to be personally liable for costs incurred where your use of property results in damage.
A booking is only effective when a payment is taken.
